Giving

WHY GIVE?

We give as part of our discipleship. As a Network we are seeking to live the Jesus Way and giving financially is a part of this way of life.

We give generously and joyfully because God is generous and joyful in his gifts to us. God invites us to join him in his mission to the world and invest in it with Him.

We give so others might have life. To enable people to encounter Jesus and experience the rebuilding, restoring and renewing of their lives.

We give for mission and maintenance. So that our churches and ministries across the Network are supported and led. So people and buildings are kept safe to serve our mission.

WHAT IS THE MONEY SPENT ON ?

  • Running the Re-Store and Love Westhill food pantries.

  • Running our Church Family Hub.

  • Running the Network office and financial administration.

  • Covering the cost of having a vicar.

  • Supporting visiting speakers, worship leaders and those sent on mission.

  • Room hire for Martongate Community Church and supporting the running of the cafe.

  • Covering the cost of staff who resource the whole Network.

  • Paying for utilities on our bullrings, heating, lighting, insurance, etc…

  • Maintenance of our buildings: St Andrews, St Magnus, St Marks, Holy Trinity and Christ Church.

Everything cost something and as a Network we are responsible for paying for it.
