CCBN (Christ Church Bridlington Network) has a big vision to see the good news of Jesus proclaimed to the town of Bridlington, the region and the world through works of rebuilding, restoring and renewing.

We are a church of churches in which each one is a ‘planting of the Lord for the display of his splendour’ Isaiah 61:3

Our Values: 

• We believe Jesus is for all people and his work, by the power of the Holy Spirit, is to rebuild lives, restore relationships, and renew community as seen in our governing scripture Isaiah 61:1-4.

• We believe that we are called and sent to be disciples who make disciples guided by the key discipleship questions “What is God saying” and “What am I/are we going to do about it?”

• We believe that Jesus brings the truth of the good news to bear on the reality of the lives of ordinary people and their communities bringing hope, healing, deliverance, and peace.

• We believe in community evangelism through service and the power of the Holy Spirit.

• We believe Jesus calls us to find refreshment in him for the service we are called to do. As a discipleship community we will therefore make space amidst our service for necessary rest, restoration, recreation and fostering our relationship with God and others.

• CCBN values scripture, the prophetic & prayer, real lives and real transformation, passionate worship and access for all. We recognise that we are a work in progress - we don’t get all these things right all of the time!

• CCBN is an Isaiah 61 Network.
